Our Story

Sufia Roots is a family owned business built from love, patience, and purpose.

In 2022, we began taking a closer look at what was going into our child's lunch. As parents of a special needs child, we noticed how certain foods affected his mood, focus, and overall well being. We tried the typical options many families rely on — chicken nuggets, chicken fingers, and fries. But most of what we found was heavily processed, fried in seed oils, and filled with ingredients that did not sit right with us.

So we took matters into our own hands.

In 2022, we began preparing our own clean, pre-cooked chicken at home. We removed seed oils. We focused on simple ingredients. We tested different cooking methods. We studied sourcing and quality. What started as a solution for our own family slowly became something bigger.

After two years of learning, refining, and perfecting our process, our approach proved successful in 2024. The difference in quality and how our child responded to real, clean food confirmed we were on the right path.

In mid 2025, we officially launched Sufia Roots to share what we created with other families.

What We Offer

Today, we source and serve halal meat that is carefully selected for quality and integrity. We offer clean, fully cooked chicken made with ingredients you can trust. No seed oils. No unnecessary additives. Just real food prepared with intention. You can have it ready in 10 to 15 minutes in the air fryer, making it simple for busy families to serve something wholesome without compromise.
